Training & Retention Bonus

How It Works:

The bonus is simple and straightforward. Once you join our dynamic team, you'll become eligible for this exceptional bonus. We'll work closely with you to make sure you receive it promptly and securely.

  • Complete a five-hour online training course during orientation/onboarding (earn $350)
  • Work a minimum of 80 hours AND complete another five-hour online training course (earn $1100)
  • Remain as an ACTIVE staff for three months; working a minimum of 80 hours per month (earn $750)

Upon completion of all online trainings and remaining with the team for an additional 3 months, you can earn up to a total of $2200 in bonuses!
